France - The Armand Kraemer Lodge in Metz PDF Print E-mail

This Lodge was established in 1984.

Armand Kraemer was born in 1910 in Metz.

His law career started before the Second World War. During the war, he joined the Resistance and became a network head.
He founded the Elie Bloch Lodge in Metz in 1952, and became the President.

He was well read in all Jewish matters, and played a leading role in Judeo-Christian dialogue, lecturing widely in various European Lodges.

He was involved in a large number of projects and Congresses for B’nai B’rith and became Vice-President of District 19 until he passed away in 1982, a staunch follower of B’nai B’rith ideals.
