The Edmond Fleg Lodge was established in 1975.

Edmond Fleg was a French-speaking Jewish writer, born into a Geneva family in 1872.
He was profoundly affected by the Dreyfus affair.
His works focus on Jewish identity and faith within the varying streams of Judaism. Notable works are Ecoute Israel, Le chant nouveau, and his Anthology of Jewish poetry. He died in 1964.
