The Lodge was formed at the instigation of Seymour Saideman.
A first meeting took place in the home of Shirley and Seymour Saideman in March 1995, shortly before the assassination of Yitzchak Rabin, hence our name.
For the first year, it was steering.
The Charter was given on March 1996 when the first President was elected.
