The Armand Kraemer Lodge in Metz celebrated the 20th anniversary of their twinning with Karmiel in December, with a concert in support of the children of Karmiel. The proceeds were transferred to Israel by one of our Sisters, Rina Edery of the Kalanit Lodge, our French correspondent who visits Metz regularly.

We would also like to announce that we will participate in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the State of Israel, jointly organised by the Jewish communities in Metz and Nancy, which will take place on Sunday 29th June 2008.
