President Reinold Simon together with Georg Grünberg, former Vice President of B’nai B’rith Europe and President of the German Lodges, and his wife Celina recently met with Dr. Rachel Salamander, member of the Munich Lodge and a very well known literary publisher.

Dr. Salamander is an expert on Jewish Culture and publisher of the “Literary Welt”. Discussions dealt with the future of B’nai B’rith where all agreed that more and more youth was needed to keep BB vibrant. Dr. Salamander who will be unable to attend the Merkel Gala Awarding Dinner will help to produce the official certificate that will be handed to Chancellor Merkel on this occasion.
