Between the 21st and 22nd of November, President of B’nai B’rith Europe, Serge Dahan, attended WJC’s Executive Committee meeting in Rome and Vatican City, Italy, representing CRIF, as its Vice President. The World Jewish Congress Executive committee gathered in Rome and Vatican City with the express purpose of celebrating the fellowship of humankind and most especially the mutual respect between Jews and Catholics, a relationship which has made profound advances in recent years. 

Participating in this event were the President of World Jewish Congress, Ronald S. Lauder, Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity President, Cardinal Kurt Koch, Union of Italian Jewish Communities President, Noemi Di Segni, Secretary of the Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews, Fr. Norbert Hofmann amongst others.
