Dr. Felicia Waldman is Deputy Head of the Romanian Delegation to the IHRA, former Chair of the organization’s Education Working Group and member of its Committee on the Roma Genocide. She is associate professor at the Center for Hebrew Studies, Faculty of Letters, University of Bucharest, Affiliated Professor of the University of Haifa, visiting professor at the Universities of Iasi, Milan and Paul Valery, Montpellier 3, and guest professor at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute of Bucharest. 

Her expertise includes Holocaust education, public policies and practices of remembrance, politics of identity in multicultural contexts, lessons of history in migration and integration and Jewish heritage. She has published four books, co-edited three volumes and authored over thirty articles on these topics.
